QB is very easy to use mostly where the client does some data entry and brings the file for us to finalize the statement. Also the onLine versions are getting better
All the previous answers are right. In addition to those, I will add that do not neglect your part and in process. Examine your bank statement regularly. No blank cheques to your bookkeeper or Accountant. No authorization to make any payment from your bank account.
