Okay I know this is an important distinction. This importance is the motor driving my life and business.....
Recently I changed my mind with the upgrade of my mindset. The mindset is what directs our thoughts, words and choice reflect our innermost beliefs. My beliefs have been vague as if I were awake, yet asleep. Asleep to the language, voice and message from Spirit.
Until I made the choice to be willing to receive, accept and then above all... take action. The moment I said yes there was no other way for me to Be... be the truth living in my heart.
The way of being is my mission statement:
I do not accept the excuses or reasons for any person living in America to be homeless.
What does homelessness say about me? What does it reflect as a nation’s belief? A reflection of humanity’s harden heart contained in the footsteps of our collective past. What can I do to stop my own participation in perpetuating this inhuman oppression. Can I speak my truth?
It is the nature of Spirit’s message to make this moment a pivotal point for myself and humanity. It is my belief that the “ hundredth monkey” is here. Now is the time for me to take the actions needed to change my mindset and beliefs from the inside. With my refusal to challenge my own mindset and beliefs, then in essence I condone continuing the horrific acts against each other.
From my perspective, there seems to be a common myth. That myth is that humanity exists as individuals. Therefore, individuals operate independently and separate and are not connected as humanity. I do not hold the belief that humans are not connected into one consciousness. I know we are individuals; in my heart and soul I feel we are connected to form our Humanity.
Bottom line: I am responsible for my business opperations as they represent my mindset - homelessness is no-longer acceptable and the “homelessness buck” stops here with me. I take up my responsibility to create my mindset that results in a paradigm shift. A paradigm aligned with oneness and the ascension to higher consciousness where humanity truly is human.
“ Every house needs a Human.” Homelessness .... no more.

How do I deal with competition in real estate? The first thing … check my ego at the “ door.” There is so much propaganda about the benefits of competition. However for me all it does is raise my blood pressure while anxiety escalates to the point of “ glazed eyeballs in the head lights”...

How do I deal with competition in real estate? The first thing … check my ego at the “ door.” There is so much propaganda about the benefits of competition. However for me all it does is raise my blood pressure while anxiety escalates to the point of “ glazed eyeballs in the head lights” resulting in frozen nothingness. My other reaction is to run around like a chicken with it’s head cut off thinking I’m getting work done …. not really - just waring myself down to the point of the biggest pile of negative Nellie you could imagine! This is not a judgment against competition…. Lord knows I am as competitive as the next guy, it just doesn’t serve me when I am in business mode. How do I use competition to my benefit? First I look at my mindset and how I choose to use competition to ignite my energy factory. There are some many little parts and pieces to get done for the whole picture; to get everything done requires physical emotional and mental energy….. that’s a whole lot at energy. Mindset makes all the difference in not achieving vs success. Mindset is mutable, positive or negative, and sets you up for every thing in you life of interactions. Mindset is a primary factor in determining what success is and is not. It lets you see, believe and directyou throughout your life. Here’s the marvelous wonder about mindset…. You can change it, which changes you. Think about how you think and then feel with a negative mindset….. how does it make you feel? Where do you feel it? ……. Ok, now think about going through your day with a positive mindset. How did you feel? Where do you feel it?How was your motivation level? Which mindset do you find yourself competing with yourself? Does it feel like it is fun to work? In what ways does your mindset determine and influence doing what you love vs doing what someone else chooses for you. This is just a small example of how I choose to use competition as a component of my mindset.
