Machine Shop, Welding, Fabrication, Repair Shop, Equipment Repair, Full service drive-line/ Drive shaft shop, Wheel repair and sales, Cylinder service and repair. We have been serving the Peninsula for over 30 years and have over 60 years experience in repair alone.
How We Got Started
Jake Schrum started a small repair shop in his garage over 60 years ago. At the time he was the machine shop supervisor at Newport News Shipbuilding. He grew his small backyard shop into Craft Machine Works the company that we are today. We take pride in continuing his legacy and helping the community by doing our part and carrying on the traditions that he taught us.
