Given the fact that OSHA spends about 70% of inspections in the RGV , why is safety such a hard thing to digest here. Need is strong, ROI (return on investment) when done right is strong. Any suggestions on how to break the crust?

Public needs better education on safety and its importance to one's health. This can be achieved by 1 on 1 with the many companies that fall under OSHA inspections.
