How We Got Started
My father was a home builder and decided to also open a Real Estate office to better serve his clients. We are still here today ready and willing to help our clients with ALL of their real estate needs - even property management.

If it's an in-house situation you do a face to face sit down and discuss the issues or problems and how they will be resolved. If it's an agent from another Real Estate Agency I would first try talking to the agent and if that does not resolve the issue I would go directly to that agents supervising Broker.
Give them the best possible service and let them know that they are more than just "another pay check". They are a person who you show a genuine interest in even after the current business transaction is over.
