It can be a cadre of supplementary practices that lead to a healthier and happier life! Nutrition and the road to wellness is paved by good intestines! Food can be our best 'medicine' or our slowest poison. When we can't eat perfect every day, or exercise every day, or avoid alcohol and other toxins EVERY DAY, we need to supplement our lifestyles with vitamins and minerals our bodies don't necessarily make. By taking an activated or methylated form in an isotonic solution, the vitamins are ready to be absorbed, often times within minutes of taking them. A tsp of powder with 2 ounces of water is my favorite afternoon boost!

I would say bioavailability is an important component of health and wellness products.
