Are looking for best coverage or best customer support. My experience as a former AT&T network engineer, their wireless customer services is very good. Others will challenge that I'm sure. Coverage will very based on region and location. My opinion; 1) Verizon, 2) AT&T and 3) US Cellular . This is my opinion based on experience. Recently while skiing in Colorado a local power sub station had a fire which knocked out power for nearly 24 hours. My AT&T cell service eventually became unavailable (once the batteries died) while my friends Verizon service was available all day. I making the assumption AT&T and Verizon would be on the same commercial power feed but I could be wrong. Either way AT&T should have had a generator at the cell tower site to keep service available. (Note most of these cell sites are owned and maintained by 3rd party companies and leased to the carrier. Carriers need to set the availability standards) BTW the ski resort ran on generators all day and didn't miss beat. Hope this helps John Director - WTA https://www.wtawi.org

My thoughts in my market is the FEAR of change and knowing where to start. The unfortunate part, if they do not make changes to the way they do business with technology they’ll end up going out of business.
