Because we work mostly overnight shifts, and I have employees with small children. I allow them to leave the ringer on, but phones all stay at one station. They may answer if its an at home Emergency. I do not allow them to carry the phones with them, because many times in the past I have found them hiding somewhere and texting, or getting into drama over the phone while on my clock is not productive.
