I started Genesis Business Strategies years ago coaching business owners on the operational side — better clients, stronger systems, more profit. Somewhere along the way, I noticed the same pattern in almost every conversation: The business problem was never really just a business problem. The men I was coaching were also quietly wrestling with faith, marriage, and who they were becoming while building their companies, and most of them had nowhere to talk about that honestly. I've been down that road myself when running my companies. The more I heard others talking about this, the more I realized it's not just a "me problem".
