I grew up in a family owned retail grocery business and began working with my grandfather and dad at age seven. I worked in the family business until age twenty five, and at that point went to work for corporate america. In twenty-five years in that segment I gained a lot of experience and saw both good and bad things done to customers. The growing urge to get back to my family business roots kept calling and a need in the SMB market presented itself. Merchants are so busy and really want a partner they can trust to help them succeed.
