I have 47 years experience in all phases of Mortgage Origination from Underwriting to Sales. We have all products from FHA, Conventional and Reverse Mortgages..
My goal is to put clients in the best product based on their circumstances and make the experience simple and easy. Whether it is to purchase a home,refinance for a lower rate or shorter term or a Reverse Mortgage for Seniors over 62.

How We Got Started

Coltrain was established in 2005. The owners I have known for years prior ,who have also been on the Corporate side.I worked on the Corporate side of Mortgage Origination for 32 years.In 2008 I started working for Coltrain. The difference is I work for the client not the Bank.

In regards to Mortgages, clients who only look at rate don't get it. I explain sometimes the lowest rate, isn't the best option. Sometimes giving them too much information can hurt.
