THIS is exactly why businesses need the help of a business advisor. You need software set in place to manage all your listings on ALL the local search sites, to be notified when you received a new review so you can respond, to automatically ASK customers for reviews after you have done business with them (this is HUGE guys since if you don't ask, the only reviews you will most likely get are the angry customers seeking you out...)
