About Us

My business is intentionally small and personal. I launched it during the pandemic, driven by a passion for helping small business owners and entrepreneurs succeed. I believe a strong financial foundation gives business owners the freedom to focus on what matters most—running and growing their businesses.
Bookkeeping isn’t just what I do—it’s what I enjoy. As a QuickBooks Online Certified bookkeeper, I bring accuracy, consistency, and insight to every set of books I manage. My services include bank and credit card reconciliations, financial reporting, data analysis, and support to improve cash flow and DSO. I believe every penny counts—and every penny has a purpose.

How I Work
I work primarily remotely, with limited face-to-face meetings when needed. I’m detail‑oriented, dependable, and committed to bringing real value and peace of mind to every client.

Connect With Me
I’d love to learn about your business and talk about how I can help you stay organized, informed, and confident in your financials.

Why Work With Me
Personal, Dedicated Support
I intentionally keep my business small so every client receives personalized attention—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Your books are handled with care, consistency, and accountability.

Experience Across Multiple Industries
My background spans real estate management, nonprofit organizations, and transportation businesses, including ocean freight and diesel mechanics shops. This allows me to understand operational nuances and financial challenges across different industries.

Accuracy You Can Trust
As a QuickBooks Online Certified and Xero Certified bookkeeper, I prioritize clean, accurate, and up-to-date financial records so you always know where your business stands.

More Than Just Bookkeeping
I don’t just reconcile accounts—I analyze data, provide meaningful reports, and help identify opportunities to improve cash flow and DSO. My goal is to help your business make informed financial decisions.

A True Partner in Your Business
I care deeply about the success of my clients. I believe every penny matters, and I treat your business as if it were my own—always working to bring measurable value and peace of mind.

How We Got Started

Every step of my career has led me here. I bring a diverse background in transportation finance, entertainment industry front office and collections, and B2B accounts receivable. Along the way, I discovered a passion not just for numbers, but for helping businesses stay organized, informed, and financially strong.

I’m deeply committed to continuous learning and self‑development, and I enjoy sharing that expertise with the small business owners I work with. I truly admire the dedication it takes to start and grow a business—it’s challenging, rewarding, and requires courage. Supporting business owners as they build something meaningful is what drives me every day.

That's a great idea.  I really have no idea.   I don't really know the logistics of it, but don't you just need to come up with a program, details, copyright, etc and then promote it?   Have you looked at Clickbank or similar programs? Over 50% of consumers are looking to do business with the most reputable company versus the best deal or higher Google ranking. To get reviews, ask.  But, also, make it easy for people to leave reviews.  Work with someone who can automate the process for you.   Note:  Reviews on individuals' mobile devices are more likely to make it through the logarithms and "stick" because Yelp and Google know that those are most likely legitimate reviews left by the individuals who own the devices. Also...always, always, always address a bad review and acknowledge (thank someone) for a good review.  (I get really excited because I used to help businesses with reputation marketing and I get really passionate about it)

I have an "eternal" to do list. I list everything I can think of and then each day I pick the top 7 and number in order of priority. Once done, I put a line through it. This way, whenever I think of something, even if something for the future, I write it down on the list and don't forget it. ... (more) I have an "eternal" to do list. It was given to me by someone else, but I love it.)

just like life, right? You can dwell and mope and give up... or you can pick your head up, re-visit your goals, make a plan and get moving. I find it helpful to make a gratitude list as well. It helps me to change my thinking. (more) just like life, right? You can dwell and mope and give up... or you can pick your head up, re-visit your goals, make a plan and get moving. I agree with Josee. I really have no idea. I would say look at your current connections and who those connections know. Who is trustworthy and reliable and has people to vouch for them? You could go to networking meetings and make finding a silent partner your sole mission at those meetings. (more) I agree with Josee. I really have no idea. More than likely, the person that was referred to you is going to look you up online. They should be able to find information about your business. A combination of reviews, videos, a mobile friendly website, blogs, pictures, etc. If you don't have these things, your competition does. What makes you the market leader? Show off your positive feedback, (One of the best things you can do for your business is market your reputation.) get involved in social media. be willing to offer solutions and tips to show that you are an expert in your field, and by all means, have a website that is mobile responsive.
