As a provider of legal services, my thoughts on how lawyers can improve their service to clients involves a commitment to a higher level a service. We have a toll free service line that monitors the level of service each attorney's office offers to the client. For example, does the office pick up the phone line within two rings, does the attorney response to the clients request for information within four business hours, and does the attorney's office complete documentation for covered services with a three business day window. Having top rated attorney's in all 50 States and Canada in every area of law is important but the service component is the most important aspect of the process for our members.

I offer a membership to receive legal access. With this membership my members have had an attorney write and send a letter to demand payment. Also this membership comes with debt collection services where all money collected is given to the member.

costs are not what they can afford in their budget. They also think they don't need it
