Cold Calling is appropriate 24/7/365. It's just a tool as part of the prospecting strategy, it is no different than inbox spamming email, Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn - to name a few. It's one of the fastest ways to qualify and disqualify prospects, and I do not see anything wrong with someone sharing their services with you. I have a rude awakening for you, if you're doing any type of volume in business, you're going to have 8-10 cold calls and cold drop-ins daily. Can you imagine a restaurant owner coming to Alignable to complain about the hundreds of cold calls and cold drop-ins every week? You had 3 cold calls.

Curtis, I average about 15 cold calls EVERY DAY on my cell phone and about 10 per day on my home land line. Cold calling does not seem appropriate to me 24/7/365. And I am a real estate sales person. Until you receive as many cold calls every day that I do I don't think you can say what you think is appropriate. BTW, my record was 62 cold calls in one day on my cell phone.
