Seasonal depression usually occurs in the Fall and Winter due to reduced sunlight. Youth may experience signs of depression such as feelings of iritability, low energy and fatigue, lack of concentration and feelings of sadness,hopelessness and helplessness that can lead to suicidal thoughts. Parents and teachers can help youth during these periods by ensuring that their youth are exposed to sunlight, exercising, eating better and maybe warrant an appointment with the School Counselor or a Therapist.

River City enjoys a company culture that is steeped in respecting and rewarding employees for their contributions to the Company's mission. We like to think of ourselves as a "high performance organization" that is engaged in continuous quality improvement, which translates to improved employee productivity and job satisfaction. While very professional, our culture is devoid of traditional hierarchies, and use titles only as a tool for accountability and task focus. My team engages each other job tasks that require collaboration, but also works well together.
