Commercial Leasing can run the gambit but the Standard is a percentage of the total lease amount. E.G. 5 year lease @ $12,000/yr = $60,000 x say 10% = $6000.
There can be many different negotiations. I knew a Realtor who was receiving a commission every year the lease was renewed.
