Basically, Illinois will match the authentication with the request and provide which is required by the country. This process remains active even with the limited access to government offices in Illinois.

When you contact an attorney, you should receive advice as to your status as "on" or "off" the job as defined by the law. An attorney will also be able to advise you as to whether in fact you are considered an employee or independent contractor for purposes of the job you were performing. This is a classic mistake. While such an entrepreneur can and will gain financial knowledge and some tax recommendations from an accountant, the business person will not gain from the value added knowledge and understanding that only an attorney who regularly represents businesses and business persons offers.

If the proof was made for possession that the defense could not overcome and the law makes such possession a crime, then I would vote guilty as it is our civic duty to follow the law.
If you are attempting to determine how many people view possession as a crime in an attempt to change the law, I recommend reaching out to the people elected to the state legislature and senate who make such laws and start the debate there.
