I have been in business since 2005. the biggest challenges are:
1-getting paid from insurance companies
2-patients paying their portions on time
3- lack of value patients have for my time vs theirs
4-creating new policies, informing patients, they sign it but it seems like they never remember...

5-patients not knowing their own insurance policies and wanting us to know every detail of their policy.
