I've been doing this job for over 40 years. I started out in Chicago as a young girl working in my brother's warehouse, driving forklifts, making crates, even driving our trucks (with automatic transmission only, lol). Then I moved in the office, I learned how to do Bill of Ladings, how to ship via ocean and air, got to work with the "big boys" in the industry. I loved every minute of it.
Now I got my own company here in Florida... as a woman, I try to run a tight ship. My men are rewarded every time they do a good job and will be disciplined if they didn't. I treat them as a mother would treat her young ones. I think this is why they stick around!
Long story short, refer people to me and I will make you proud that you did. From start to finish the office staff and I are on the top of things.
