Although we have been deemed an essential business We did have to unfortunately lay off one of our technicians due to his age and the requirements for the stay-at-home order. The health and safety of our employees and our customers is our top priority.

Although we have been deemed an essential business We did have to unfortunately lay off one of our technicians due to his age and the requirements for the stay-at-home order. The health and safety of our employees and our customers is our top priority.
The The dispatching and part ordering duties have been reassigned to work from home however our office downtown remains open to receive deliveries.
The The bigger companies that we do work for have some fairly strict guidelines for customers to follow and they are being pre-screened in the call centers if they do not answer the questions correctly the calls will not get scheduled for another 14 days, we are trying to follow those same guidelines by prioritizing repairs based on actual need of the consumers.
