Work everyday except for a weekly break to go to art class at night and spend some time with my adult children when they are in Honolulu.

I would should him the comparables that have sold, in escrow and on the market. Days on the market affect the buyers' offer price..the longer on the market, the less likely the buyers will give the full price. If there's a shortgage of listings and his property is superior then he could be...

I have been a Realtor since 1989 which makes 30 years that I have been doing this. I love my work and my husband also is a Realtor for 43 years (Realty Specialists Corp) so anytime I have issues I may not be able to solve readily, my husband Rod usually can assist.
Honolulu has many real estate agents but I like to think my husband and I really can handle everything this business entails due to our years of experience.

Yes..I do reward for longevity as it takes so much time to hire and train employees. I give my 10 year plus employee a good salary to keep up with inflation. Also treat her and her husband to several dinners a year for her birthday, Christmas etc.
