People engaging one on one, so vaccinations are most important. I suspect we will not see a return of face to face with consistency until 3rd quarter 2021. It takes time to build an event 3-12 months.  Though our company has been successful with virtual Galas and Meetings, we need to get everyone back to work-And for Planners, Producers and Attendees to feel safe again around large groups. We should see planning begin in March - June for the 3rd & 4th quarter of 2021,  I foresee a small come back around the holiday shopping season and then moving forward with live events in 2022. With more vaccinations I believe there will be more confidence in the consumer and business markets.

These folks were the first to lose their jobs and will be the last to come back. And will feel the impact most. Some now are living in cars. When Government decides who and when financial support will come again, it may be too late for some. Watching fellow Americans and folks in my industry suffer is difficult to experience when we have simple solutions at hand already.

We have been open but since we do live events with people in close proximity, the city shut our events down. We have gone virtual and that has helped some.  There were 2 people in Missouri that went back to work in a small company and possible infected over 137 people. The workers either new they had it or had symptoms. With news like that and liability issues, conventions and conference will postpone or cancel. Patiently waiting.

When they walk into the center of the ballroom and look at the environment we created - and they begin to smile - then I wow them with their own preview of the opening video.
