Crowder HR Consulting is a leading human resource professional with extensive senior-level experience in ownership, corporate, entrepreneurial and consulting roles. We offer over 25+ years that spans start-ups and established organizations throughout. Our service has been an innovator who helped design the strategies, systems, and procedures of winning human resource departments. We are a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM)/HR Houston and volunteer our time to others and our community. We are also a proud member of the Texas Central Metropolitan Chapter of the Business and Professional Women's Federation.

How We Got Started

Crowder HR Consulting Firm has worked many years in Human Resource Industry. We have managed our own consulting company since 2010; we have consulted with over 100 clients. We have extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, HR workflow development, training, and development.

If the employee continues to not comply with the company polices and procedures which is an example of insubornate. Then the termination is warranted.
