About Us

My Professional Interior Design services provides you clarity, advice, and information. Clients hire me to help manage all the moving parts and to realize their vision, through to the finish. Most people come with an idea but aren't skilled. If you are unsure about how to achieve your dream, that is doable. A strategy and advice can create a structure for the plans. Clients hire me for either a full service or packages of time. My 35+ years of award winning projects reflect attention to every detail. I do not work alone. I bring a team contractors, specialists and builders, expert trades and others to collaborate with me on your project. Is your home your dream? Are you just remodeling? Either way, I am known for the abilitiy to manage the project, develop the design and implement plans for all parts of the home. I tackle a substantial amount of remodeling projects for clients each year. My portfolio includes full homes, kitchens, baths, specialty areas. l love one-on-one consulting, a service that gives us a chance to meet on the phone or online. All beginnings start with a 20 minute phone call. I want to know if we are the right fit for your project.

How We Got Started

I have been fortunate that design became my career. I worked within an art/design company for 6 years and developments in Commercial & Residential fields. My owner/developers/and clients,The Arthur Corporation, hired me for his properties all across the country. It was a pivotal moment to launch my company to handle their homes, corporate offices, and properties for several years. Then a friend suggested I interview for a position with The Bryan Design Associates. It was an award winning design studio that developed my abilities help going forward. My team members /designers and I shared resources, space, and staff for several years. I have served as President of ASID TGCC and trained others along the way. I have been fortunate in the Design industry. My clients,, my ASID friends,partners, and family have contributed to my career to date. I'm now the NKBA-TGCC Chapter,Secretary Treasurer for 2020. I have spent a lot more time getting organized in my small office environment. It has been 1 1/2 years since I moved my office from a 900 sq. ft. building downtown to moving home. This has taken considerable time to go through 1/2 the office that ended up in storage. Right now, I am an ASID Past... (more) I have spent a lot more time getting organized in my small office environment. It has been 1 1/2 years since I moved my office from a 900 sq. ft. building downtown to moving home. This has taken considerable time to go through 1/2 the office that ended up in storage. Right now, I am an ASID Past President and haven't been as active in the last 2 years but am investing in my own knowledge base to create better ways of working. I also am the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of NKBA and serving as Secretary Treasurer in the organization for the next two years. Besides taking care of my clients and staying focused on giving to the community, my church, and my family, I am taking time to be grateful and thankful for what I have. Its been easy to reach out and support those who need help. With the deaths of COVID all around us, it is important that we stay focused on something we can do to give more people hope that this will be over at some point. Be part of the changes and not dwell on how many things are wrong. Prayer is a big part of my healthy living attitude.

I am not totally comfortable using this platform. I started using them several years ago and was successful getting clients. They initiatly were less expensive and you could pick and choose without consequences of payments before the client decided. In the recent changes over the last 2 years, we... They initiatly were less expensive and you could pick and choose without consequences of payments before the client decided. In the recent changes over the last 2 years, we find that there are other platforms now that are more engaging with the Interior Designer community, I might consider using something that compliments the way I need for my business.

I hired people to do this for me years ago. I found it not a good use of my time and little results for the money. Find someone as a expert in your area to take this on or stick with something that works for you and get help with making that really work for your business. We typically work with many types of clients in many areas of Texas. The travel schedule is ending on Labor Day but most of my working clients are already making plans for their homes from their vacation locations. Be ready with lots of promotion for your client base.
