I personally don't think the Governor will allow another lock down nor do I think that is the proper course of action. Lockdowns increase other types of pain, suffering and loss in ways that cannot even be measured. If there is one, I learned I will still do whatever it takes to get my job done...

Our company, via our relationship with a long term non-profit brought rent relief / eviction relief money to many residents. We recently also hosted an outdoor Fall Festival, free of charge, for our local community. Of course we had hand santizer available and encouraged wearing masks and...

Our company, via our relationship with a long term non-profit brought rent relief / eviction relief money to many residents. We recently also hosted an outdoor Fall Festival, free of charge, for our local community. Of course we had hand santizer available and encouraged wearing masks and social distancing. The kids and the parents were so appreciative of something fun and safe to do! And last, since late September we have been offering Free Covid testing to our residents. This is currently ongoing via the Houston Health Department.

We don't "focus" on word of mouth. You can't REALLY control that. Other than we do advertise via postcards that we hand out to our residents that they can get a rent discount if they refer someone and they lease with us. Otherwise we focus on getting our residents and even visiting prospects...

Other than we do advertise via postcards that we hand out to our residents that they can get a rent discount if they refer someone and they lease with us. Otherwise we focus on getting our residents and even visiting prospects to share photos and posts on social media. If they move in, they get to pick a prize from nice options valued from $65 to $140 that they can use in their new home. We train new hires about being creative and finding ways to "wow" customers. When you wow them, they are more likely to talk about you in a positive way/ share the story.
