About Us
Since 2004 I have had the privilege of helping, and learning a lot from, a diverse range of business owners and leadership teams in Northeast Ohio.
I leverage my knowledge and experience as I collaborate with owners and their team and identified growth goals and overcame the challenges of increasing cash flow and profitability, pursuing healthy and sustainable growth, creating new jobs and hiring talent.
Based on the unique goals of each owner, we strive to increase the value of the business, help the owner achieve their personal financial goals using the business and prepare the business for a smooth succession and exit.

I can never predict how people will get along so I will refer an opportunity and call each one to give the situation and what the desired outcomes are. That has worked for me.

Networking is one of 10 to 12 lead generation strategies I use to grow my practice. I look to meet other advisors to build alliances. I look to meet prospective clients. I educate potential referral sources on what I do.

I teach clients to establish criteria for their target Customers... who are the A's, B's, C's and no thank you. This criteria needs to be applied to ranking existing customers as well. Best to review each year.

Second part first... and it depends on the owners definition of Exit and their needs for their Wealth plan.. If the exit is defined by the shut down of the business, then less preparation is needed depending on the assets to be liquidated. If the Exit is defined by selling to a third party, then the strategy should focus on actions to increase the value of the business in the years (5 recommended) prior to sale. If the Exit is defined by transferring ownership to the next generation family or to existing employees, then the exit strategy should be started to prepare the successors to operate the business after the owner steps aside. Lastly, an Exit could also include retaining ownership and having a Board but the current owner steps away as the President/COO. Each owners goals are unique but yes, succession planning is a must if the owner wants the business to be sustained after they step down.
