Despite all of the changes we've all been thrown this year, I'm quite proud of how well we've handled it. There were moments when I absolutely thought about pulling my hair out, but who didn't? With the help of a couple of tech savvy friends, I learned (and still learning) how to use technology to still serve our customers. We've been able to work with our vendors to have samples directly shipped to customers at home (for those not comfortable coming in), we've been able to use online payable invoices, and worked with our customers to make changes that make them comfortable (curbside pickup/drop-off, appointment only scheduling, etc.).
While we are still working on getting everything setup the way that we prefer (still testing different systems to find what's best for us), we are thankful for what we've learned and the ability to still do what we love to do.

Usually, we have the traditional large gathering, with a feast that looks like it came off of a greeting card. This year, we will all be doing our individual plans. No large family gathering, no large dinner, and no huddling around the television for the football games. We will be doing drive by drop offs of flowers and a card for the grand parents (our new tradition for holidays this year)
