What's your best way to close a deal? Do you have any tried and true closing lines?

The best closing line is when there isn't one.  What I mean is  if I have listened to the client, guided them through discussion their issue, and suggested a solution, then they close themselves.  When I  client doesn't see that the solution will or can benefit them that they are unwilling to committ.  Then either I'm not a good fit or I haven't done a good enough job listening.
