down payment is the big issue. Closing costs are quite high when you compare to a few years ago when sellers were willing to assist. Now because they are bank owned and in some, not so decent shape, the banks are already discounting so they are not aiding.

I treat others the way I know I would like to be treated. The golden rule, do unto others what you know you would like done to you. That is what makes me referable. People remember what you did, and how you did it.
