About Us
Rose Colombo is a Consumer Advocate for Justice who has consulted with victims of injustices for more than 20 years, proposed laws which were implemented, monitored the courts, and led a grassroots movement. Colombo is the author of two award-winning books and poetry and she's been quoted and featured in magazines, newspapers, and her articles published. Colombo is listed in Who's Who of American Women. She is grateful for the numerous media and community awards Colombo consulted with victims around the nation for years, however, she makes it clear that she does not provide legal advice; however, she helps victims of injustices become survivors. Every day should be a good day to remember to greet customers in a friendly manner with a smile even if we must put aside our personal issues so we can acknowledge them. It's a real gift when business owners or employees actually listen to the customers needs in today's busy technological world....

Every day should be a good day to remember to greet customers in a friendly manner with a smile even if we must put aside our personal issues so we can acknowledge them. It's a real gift when business owners or employees actually listen to the customers needs in today's busy technological world. It's a gift today when businesses offer a human interaction and follow up preferably with a handwritten note or email or letting a customer who we couldn't assist by giving out a referral. These are gifts that people appreciate and don't forget. The world is changing and we are losing the human touch and excellent one-on-one customer service because of technology, not that technology isn't important, but people are human beings. Nothing replaces a friendly smile and welcome when customers walk into our homes or businesses. Some times, it's the human touch that people remember when we treat people as V.I.P.'s -and that little extra gift that let's them know they aren't just another customer.

It's really tough for everyone who owns a small business; however, we must remain positive and pro-active and become more involved in city, county, state and federal regulations and laws that effect small businesses and their employees and customers. Most politicians never owned a small business and never took the risks or worked 12-16 hour days and multi-tasked to keep the business and family afloat struggling to earn a decent profit. Too many politicians are too comfortable remaining in office 20-50 years collecting taxpayer dollars as they robbed social security blind. The Biden administration isn't the Trump administration who supported small businesses at 100% with a goal of helping owners increase jobs working to bring back businesses to the USA. Hopefully, people will vote red in 2022 and 2024 so we can get the support we need for retail, restaurants, construction, farmers and ranchers. We are survivors. It's time to look at our options, alternatives, and cutting back wherever possible as we forge ahead to keep preserve freedom and the land of opportunity. We have the power to preserve the American Dream for all who strive to make America a better place in the world as One Nation Under God. Each business owner is important and each job. We can support local businesses and make today the best day we can. If a vaccine stops a virus then demand scientific published evidence of benefits, chemicals in the vaccine, and the direct adverse health effects as one size doesn't fit every individual. The Freedom for Healthy People to Choose is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitutions, but wearing the masks means you are consenting with the NWO Fauci and Soros and Gates invested in China and Big Pharma for big profits to control you and use police power to take your children from you or keep you under house arrest and quarantined indefinitely or jailed. Americans need to do their homework on the laws Public Health Police Powers. President Trump is signing the E.O. to restore the Freedom to Choose by a Free people who believe masks stop a virus when in fact, therer is evidence by medical doctors and scientists that masks can cause health problems and even death in some cases. One size mask doesn't fit all individuals in a healthy way. In fact, to remain healthy, God gave us a nose and a mouth and we are naturally breathing in oxygen and releasing carbon monoxide naturally 22K times in 24 hours. That is natural. (P.S. If Dr. Fauci who failed since 1984 to come up with a vaccine for HIV Aids then why didn't he just tell the world to wear masks instead of 40M or omre dying? When has a doctor of a scientist stated that vaccines cure, but wilsl only say that they help prevent the spread, but Americans should always demand to read the short and long term case studies and the chemicals and if there is DNA, aborted fetal tissue from another human, the virus, aluminum, mercury....and look up the effects on humans. Doctors won't say to you that you will 100% not be adversely effected or your babies or children because they don't want to be held liable and they usually get huge bonuses for promoting certain vaccines or drugs from Big Pharma manufacturers. They know that ever individual is different and even if you're perfectly healthy, thousands of people in the USA and around the world have suffered direct adverse health effects after vaccinations while other are fine. A few of the reported adverse health effects included serious health effects such as paralysis, sterilization, chronic illness that is debilitating, depression, and suicidal tendencies. Case studies and Class Actions Lawsuits quietly settled by multi-Billion dollar manufacturing companies without apology that can be read online are Gardasil injected into kids in the Texas, USA, and India and they kicked out Bill Gates and Who from their country. Swine Flu in the 1970s and 2009. Lupron and Thalidomide. Look up the Class Actions Lawsuits before making these decisions without published credible scientific and medical evidence.Bill Gates and Melinda Gates do not get vaccinations and are linked to Epstein and Agenda 21 to the United Nations Agenda 21 to reduce the population.

Many of us are introverts who end up in sales. I was once told by my husband, "You can't sell' and I believed him, until I accepted a job that allowed me to sell from home. I found I liked the products, I enjoyed selling the products after I learned everything I could about the products and eventually it led to me opening up my own line and selling products most of my life. Think of sales a challenge and fun knowing you are helping people find out about products they didn't know anything about and didn't know they needed. You're probably thinking that is hard to believe, but it is true. Find your passion. What do you love? Cosmetics? Social Services? Health issues? Everyone has a passion. Find your passion and seek out jobs that allow you to be you and gain knowledge about the products that you are passionate about. Your passion combined with your knowledge will give you confidence to sell. Learn all you can and before you know it, you will come out of your shell and be the confident star sales person that is waiting for you to introduce to others. And, you just might move up the ladder to success.

Dear Drowning, Thank You for an important issue that needs to be a priority as the cost of living continues to rise. We, the natural-born taxpaying Americans and legal naturalized taxpayers applied for jobs as teenagers and it wasn't easy to get a job because the employers said, "Sorry, you don't have any experience." One guarantee in life is that everyone ages and as you become a senior citizen, people discriminate against you because you got older and appear to care less about skills and experience. It's a vicious circle; however that isn't always the case. Believe in yourself and google the top 10 careers where there is a shortage. I would suggest examples such as the medical field, hospitals, assisted living facilities, on-Line or in-office health care insurance sales, cemetery sales; non-profit groups, and the Library as well as on-line opportunities. Contact local businesses. Every case is different because people can be limited by health or transportation, not just age. Each person's situation is different. Trust God and Believe Keep Trying and believe in yourself and something good will happen to you.

Sometimes we feel compelled to talk about things outside of work that are private; however, sharing secrets with co-workers comes with risks. It's hard for anyone to keep a secret and it's a rare person who can keep a secret. It appears that talking about sexual preference with co-workers is like talking about religion or politics on the job or at social events and can create positive or negative responses. Invite your friend for coffee and if they accept happily then the person probably didn't spread the rumor. You are guessing about your co-worker who may be innocent. People gossip. Rumors spread by gossip. You might lose a good friend if he or she didn't share your secret. Many people enjoy gossiping and spreading rumors. Remember, your goal is to be the best you can be at work. You are a valuable employee and eventually, rumors are forgotten. Rise above the situation, Everyone has secrets, however, it's better to keep your secrets a secret. Keep your job and smile and move on. Be the best you can be at work and keep moving up the ladder. Success is always the best solution.

Silence is Golden when it's intended for those who may not be at liberty to speak about an issue or for those who may hurt someone by speaking out when it isn't necessary. It is golden when you speak out about your cause and share your story and struggles so that anyone can relate and understand your heart and mind and goals despite your struggles. Speaking out will give more people more courage to take steps that can help others no matter what we personally are suffering. It's when we help others and share our stories that we help heal inside as human beings. Sharing our struggles creates more desire to help the cause and by helping others, it helps relieve our personal pain a lot because we're focusing on helping those in need. In return, helping hands brings brings joy into our lives and joy and laughter brings healing to our minds and bodies. We're all in this world of uncertainties together! And, working together by communicating our limits can lead to breaking through barriers. God Bless You in 2019!
