It is definitely the norm. We have bee trying to train our own for some time now and that is difficult because we cant get reliable applicants to stay for any length of time, good luck and I am open to any good sugetions.

Just tell the customer what is there. We don't cause the problems so all we can do is to give theme the information, we can only fix the prom for them if they want us to, they understand that going in.
