People need to get out and vote a new president in office in November 2020. This is ridiculous, just like our government was not visualent in protecting the citizens against Covid-19 which began back in September 19, 2019. Instead of blaming the world health organization and China, we need a President that will stop putting Hispanics in cages, calling African American people by horrific insults, causing chaos in congress and blaming the media because they are asking real questions; but elect a President that cares about the people of this country and not his own selfish gains. We as a nation allowed this president to survive a well-deserved impeachment and now something worse as been compiled to what we were all experiencing before Covid-19, bad leadership. Thank the Sovereign Creator that the small business communities will survive this! But American because of its racism and sexism in the first place! Hopefully, we'll recover by voting responsible leadership in the White House and being more respectful of people as Americans. Not receiving the Economic Stimulus is just more characteristic of what we'll been experiencing from this President and his administration before Covid-19!

Students tend to learn more with teachers having to focus on less students in instruction. Furthermore, the behavioral issues are less because teachers can help students solve interpersonal problems. Dealing with self-esteem and growing challenges is what teachers naturally take on in any profession of teaching or discipline. This is a strategy of effective learning that can be traced historically before the Western creation of public education. Large numbers of students from a teaching perspective has always been the conundrum that public education has faced. Teaching and interpersonal relationships cannot be separated when social discourse becomes frequent between teachers and students. While small groups are natural solutions among the larger parts of any entity or system, small group teaching becomes the part functionality of behavior control, quality learning, and effective management of people or things. It's the micro that comprises the macro entity.

Remember what you plant in others will bring a harvest. This is a universal spiritual law that remains forever! Not all we teach will Harvest good seeds, but there will be those that yield good fruit for the betterment of humanity. Believing and understanding this principle keeps us positive and motivated in our teaching professions with those we instruct. The world must have righteous and committed teachers if it will continue to stand! Continue being that positive and passionate teacher you're called to be!
