How do I keep my employees on track with projected completion times on jobs?

We stress the building a new home or remodel projects is a "TEAM PROJECT". Everyone has a task to complete including the customer. We also share exceptional performance with "EVERYONE" and try to help individuals when needed. We also pray a lot and God does help.
