I read most of the responses and everyone has great ideas. We also do several of the rewards listed.  I  believe we sometimes forget remodels and new homes are built by TEAMS.  I am interested to hear a follow up on what you did and how it worked out.  I have another question for you and the others,"How do you handle the bad apples?"
