Well of course I would question it and see how I was treated on the phone by the person on the other end. Many of them think that there threats are going to sway you instead of being congenial and explaining the reasons why. Then I would look up any complaints about both companies and then if I still had questions, call a lawyer for there advice.

But the truth of the matter is, some companies have a re pore and good outcomes with one or two companies in an area or state and they give them all there business.
