Jeff, Many of the answers that you have read are correct. Unknown if an offer was presented at all, the other agent turns everything around on you and then contacts your client and disrespects you, tells lies just to get both sides of the deal.The problem is we have boards that are not worth the power to blow to hell when you try and bring a grievance against someone. They also make it that if an agent contacts your cinet and you they do not do a complain that if it found that your complaint is not valid they can reprimand you. The problem is they do not do a complete bast to the agents asking if they have had problems of any kind wit the agent on question. So we have agents out there that shoud be thrown out of the business, their licensed revoked for ever and yet we still have to put up with them.

As a matter of fact we have one of those agents everyone has described right on this site.
