Ignite Families offers high-quality, community-based services focused on family reunification and support. They provide a range of services including domestic violence support, family preservation, transition from restrictive placement, truancy, home based casework, and home-based therapy, all aimed at enhancing family unity and well-being. Their diverse team is dedicated to empowering families and building stronger communities.

Ignite Families was born from a simple truth: families thrive when they are supported, respected, and given every chance to stay together. In July 2025, we launched our contract with the Indiana Department of Child Services with a clear mission—to provide more than services, to provide hope.

Our founder, Tracey Lynch, saw firsthand the gaps that families, foster parents, and case managers face every day. Too often, resources were limited, morale was low, and providers were treated like disposable contractors rather than valued professionals. Ignite was created to change that.

We started by building a team that feels like family—people who bring compassion, professionalism, and relentless dedication to the work. Instead of cutting corners, we committed to going the extra mile: offering consistent support to Family Case Managers, listening to foster families, empowering parents, and walking alongside children on the hardest days of their lives.
