The Leadership Evolution Consultants LLC concept was conceived in 2020. Not until 2023 in a small one bedroom apartment did the concept become reality. The founder had a vision after spending 24 yrs at UPS, to continue to help small businesses get a foot hold in the logistics industry. His vision was to help make warehousing and distribution affordable, reliable but competitive. Having the unique skill set of both Learning and Development, Logistics and Business Development the owner and founder created LEC Warehousing and Distribution.
