How We Got Started
10 years of experience and great skills. Wanted to provid sufficiently for my family while spending more time with my children. The opportunity of a friend selling a small janitorial company was a door open for the beginning of a great adventure.

He always goes the extra mile, so to say. If he is in shampooing carpets and he notices a cobweb up on a corner, he will clean it off, even though he is focused on the floors, he absorbs and notices other issues and takes care of it. If it is something major, he will inform me of it. He does a very thorough job in anything he does. He is very punctual and stays until the job is done correctly, properly. Ok Boss man, here is a simple way. $25 per hours up to 3hrs. Anything over 3hrs you can charge $18-$20 and add a extra hr to your time. When the job is 8hrs you can charge $15-18 per hr.

I don’t use any bidding software. For floor care we charge per SQ. FT. And for Janitorial we charge per hour.

WOW! Take it easy friends! Recommend to the customer a more frequent cleaning rather than bi-weekly, Maybe their traffic increase and the place get dirty faster. If they are not willing to work with you then put in your 30 days notice.

I shop at Nichols and Jon Don but they are not the cheapest. I also go for quality to bring the best satisfaction for the customer. But Rick Vanderkoy have a great answer to go with.
