About Us
St. Mary’s Academy was founded in 1889 and is the oldest continuously operating Catholic high school in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. It was founded in 1889 by the Sisters of St.Joseph of Carondelet as a private high school for girls and today is staffed by religious and lay men and women.
