Thanks for these tips. They are absolutely true and often overlooked. I myself left the corporate grind an ran a successful small business then ended back in corporate again. Big mistake and a long story.

True entrepreneurs are miserable as employees. I decided to go back to being a business owner learning from mistakes made the first time including many you mentioned like not having a business plan. Most small business owners think they are not needed if they don't need a bank loan. This could not farther from the truth. I am now starting my new journey and still holding a corporate job. I know , giving my business the focus it needs won't happen as long as I'm straddling the fence. I have been told this by not only my husband, but other network connections who took the leap. I still have stage fright . Does anyone else feel this way
