Reliable, yes. Relationship and Value oriented? No. We use a local supplier for office consumables, furniture, printing and business machines. They have great everyday pricing, easy website and quick books payment system. But most of all, we have the owner's cell phone and that of his team! If my printer is giving us issues late at night, all I have to do is text and support is available.

We buy our office supplies through a company called Quill. They are affiliated with Staples, as some of our shipments are delivered from them. If you open an account with them you get FREE things and Quill Cash to spend on other office supplies. They usually have our supplies delivered next day.

Locally owned and operated suppliers will give you better service and support. Stay away from the "big box".
