I use Staples for everything that is office related and even some things like toilet paper and kleenex. They have good deals if you order on line and watch for sales. I use their rewards card and they send coupons for on line and in store discounts.
We buy our office supplies through a company called Quill. They are affiliated with Staples, as some of our shipments are delivered from them. If you open an account with them you get FREE things and Quill Cash to spend on other office supplies. They usually have our supplies delivered next day.
They were very pleasant and helpful. They also did an excellent job at a fair price - and I have used them many times.
I have found them useful for already prepped stock items such as paper, pens, etc. Some of the consumable materials such as cleaning supplies, water, etc. It is only worth the cost when on sale. I would not use them for cards, brochures and other marketing material. I have found Vista Print or local vendors better and more responsive.
