This question, is always a tricky one for me, because I am usually the source that CEO’s and the C-suite comes to for business advice.
That’s very good for business, but not good for relationships and growth when I’m stuck or my self-awareness is Not paying attention!

Let’s face it... when we get on auto-pilot (and we will) without Awareness~ there’s no Authenticity!
So I call out to people I respect- whether I know them or NOT, and tell them I need an accountability partner for a while, and ask for a suggestion! It’s Amazing how well that works!

But I did move from a brick and mortar building in Newport Beach to go (gulp) cold turkey into social Media... walking through a glut of Guru’s ~ a barrage of Blogs and a whirlwind of Webinars ~ all basically useless!
However it taught me quickly what NOT to do~ and I started watching what did work - and my business brought me Huge Growth and Freedom!
I started calling respected thought leaders on LinkedIn and business exploded!
I now create CEO’s and show small businesses how to get out of their cage of comfort and realize that ~
“Vision without Action is a daydream and Action without Vision is a nightmare” right?
