I assume you are a US based organization - My suggestion is to be 100% white hat;
Please do not " blasts to prospective customers". You that you get what you get. Blocked or spam.
A- Build a solid presentation - Your audainace brain energy is limited to 3 to 5 second
Marketing and specially email marketing is not about convincing customers to buy your services or products. It is about deep analysis to understand the customer needs through innovative processes and target value generation. So that the products and services meet the needs. Make sure your email is not flooded with some digital garbage.
Have a simple but effective email temple for your HTML email Campain;
1- Value proposition (One line who you are)
2- Value offering ( what is it for them )
3- Call to action
4- Phone # and lead capture form
5- A picture of how your clients will feel after receiving your services for the campaign background
B- Build your email list
1- Build a lead capturing and email harvesting campaign that is directed to your CRM. This is for you to get fresh leads and email addresses
2- Harvest all your company email addresses ever sent or received ( CC and BCC) and embed them in your CRM
3- Build a bot or buy relevant email addresses
4- Use linkedin resources and capture email addresses
5- ....
6- ......
C- Build a simple cost effective communication / email system - People fail, system does not
Use an integrated systems and not your own email or a new Gmail
1- Integrate your CRM with your email system ( preferably G-Suite) and make sure all email addresses from 1,2,3 is loaded up
2- Integrate your CRM with Mailchimp
3- Build an email drip campaign to reach your audience.
4- Manage campaigns
