We specialize in Interchange pass-thru pricing, where most of our customers pay an effective rate around 2% or less, compared to the 2.75%–3.5%+ charged by many flat-rate processors such as Square or Clover. Our story began in 1997 when we entered the fleet card industry through a contract with Wright Express (WEX), the nation’s largest fleet card issuer. We provided payment processing for automotive, repair, and fuel vendors, later expanding into the carwash industry, where we earned endorsements from several regional carwash associations, Novus Glass, and Sparkling Image Carwash Chain.
To reflect our growing automotive niche, we operated as Compass Fleet & Merchant Services before evolving into 1st Wholesale Card Solutions. Today, we bring that same experience and integrity to all small businesses, offering wholesale-level pricing, advanced technology, and personalized service to help them save money and grow.
