Caruthers & Caruthers, P.C. has been a part of the legal community in Irwin, North Huntingdon, North Irwin and the rest of Westmoreland County for three generations. It is a general practice law firm that concentrates on creating a legal safety net for the protection of our clients, their families and their businesses by counseling clients and attending to their legal needs with the preparation of their Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Business Agreements and Deeds. Representation is also provided for Decedents Estate Administration, Business Formation, and Orphans' Court Litigation.

William F. Caruthers, II, Esq. was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1980, and he is presently the sole practicing attorney at Caruthers & Caruthers, P.C.. Bill counsels his clients and creates the legal safety net necessary to protect them and their families, based on their individual needs and circumstances. Most of the process can be completed over the telephone and using email, however the execution of the Will or other documents, such as a Power of Attorney, has certain strict requirements for signing, witnesses and notarization that may prove difficult under the current stay-at-home... (more) Most of the process can be completed over the telephone and using email, however the execution of the Will or other documents, such as a Power of Attorney, has certain strict requirements for signing, witnesses and notarization that may prove difficult under the current stay-at-home restrictions.  We can have the documents prepared and ready to go for when the restrictions are lifted, or, if needed more urgently, I think arrangements can be made to have the execution take place while meeting recommended social distancing guidelines.
