Unable to find coffee that was exactly what she wanted, Kimberly started roasting coffee at home several years ago. Friends and family tried the coffee and began asking her to roast for them. Eventually, she upgraded to a small roaster and opened a business to sell coffee at local events or festivals. Over time, that business grew until it expanded to a warehouse location where 21 Queen Street Coffee Company imports, stores, roasts, packs and ships or delivers coffee both locally and nationwide.
