Personally, I prefer to send gift cards. You never know what each person has interest in, so a book could go either way. Whereas a gift card is a little less personal, but allows them to buy what they really want. I LOVE books, but not everyone else does. :)

That is a great question! In such a competitive industry it is essential to stand out when compared to your competitors. I personally offer a level of customer service that is unheard of in the merchant service industry. I hear horror stories from merchants everyday about how they signed up and then were never able to reach their sales rep ever again in life. I intentionally waive the ETF and Contract for ALL merchants I sign up. If I do my job correctly and my company does theirs, then there should be no reason to ever cancel service with me. I will always give the lowest rates and fees, if not, I will let you know that I'm not the best fit for your business. I 100% believe in treating others how I wish to be treated, and that is in every aspect of work and home life.
